Idol CEO Studio is an AI-powered entertainment software product for creating fictional, age-appropriate, non-sexual idol concept packages, fictional group names, styling directions, showcase copy, and digital debut package ideas.

The service is not an adult content service, NSFW generator, dating simulation, romantic companion, AI relationship service, or platform for sexual content.

The service does not provide real auditions, agency introductions, employment, contracts, debut opportunities, casting, investment advice, or any real-world entertainment industry outcome.

Users may not request content that imitates or impersonates real celebrities, real agencies, real artists, copyrighted songs, trademarks, voices, faces, or private individuals.

Idol CEO content is based on fictional, age-appropriate, non-sexual characters only. Minor-like styling, sexualized presentation, deepfakes, voice cloning, and rights-infringing requests are not allowed.

We may block, regenerate, remove, or refuse content when we believe it may violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or our AI Content Policy.

Paid digital content may become available immediately after payment or after an AI generation process finishes.

Generated results are provided for personal entertainment and reference. They should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career advice.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, local payment providers, or other payment processors shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility depends on the digital content status, duplicate charges, failed generation, access failure, and the refund policy shown at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, generated content is provided as digital entertainment and reference material, without guarantees of accuracy, suitability, business outcome, public reception, revenue, employment, casting, or real-world opportunity.
